Here at Trekboxx we like simple, fair, and common sense. We treat our customers exactly how we would like to be treated. Here are a few of our policies in case you were wondering what that means to us.
Most of our products ship freight due to their size. If you have access to a business with a loading dock or a forklift for delivery, the shipping costs will be much more reasonable. Please let us know upon ordering and we will do everything we can to secure the lowest rate for your order. We make every effort to package and crate our products securely to ensure they arrive undamaged. However, if you have received a shipment from us that appears damaged, please either refuse delivery or at least take photographs of the packaging prior to opening it. Our products are pretty darn tough, and there's a very good chance it will be just fine even if the packaging is compromised. Give us a call if you do find damage, and we will do whatever we can to make it right.
If you receive a product from us that was either defective or not what you ordered, we will cover the costs associated with returning the item to us and shipping the appropriate item. If you choose a refund in instead of a replacement, we will refund your initial shipping costs as well. If your order was accurate and not defective, but you decided to return it, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Custom color orders are non-returnable unless they are defective. Custom colors are considered any color other than our standard gray, tan, and black. If you damage one of our products for any reason, just let us know. We will work with you to repair or replace the part or product at the most reasonable cost.
Trekboxx guarantees all of its products to be free from manufacturing defects for two years from the date of purchase. Legal jargon aside, it doesn't matter how long it's been since you purchased one of our products. If you have any issues at all, contact us and we will do what we can to make it right.
